(1) Vendor needs to provide building feasibility study service to the government authority located in Le Mars, IA. – Architectural and building consulting services to perform a comprehensive feasibility study and concept plan for the following sites to determine feasibility for serving as a public library that would meet the space needs and programming goals of the 2022 needs assessment.– Feasibility study should cover: o Site analysis o Code compliance o Accessibility compliance o Space utilization o Structural integrity o Assessment of major building systems o Roadways & parking o Provide concept–level construction budget for each site to achieve 25,045 sf o Develop conceptual layouts associated with estimates o Prepare materials and participate in Library Board, Council meetings, and public engagement o Possibility for joint use with other governmental agencies or non–profit organizations.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.
