Description

(1) Vendor needs to provide post permanency support program services to the government authority located in Waterbury, VT.– Services are generally provided in home and are adoption/guardianship competent and trauma informed.– The services are family based, comprehensive regarding the child and family’s needs, and primarily delivered to the parents who are the primary therapeutic support for a child.– Provides education to schools and community–based service providers regarding normative adoption or guardianship development and the impact of trauma on child development.– Provides education to school staff and other community–based service providers regarding adoption or guardianship competencies and the impact of trauma on child development.– Program goals:– Improve permanency outcomes for children in foster care.– Increase the stability of adoptions and guardianships.– Decrease the number of adopted/guardian children who experience discontinuity.– Increase family resilience.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 19, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
