Mandatory pre-bid conference: 9:00 AM September 3, 2026, 12 Allen Place Canton, CT. Scope of work: Demolition, Carpentry, Plumbing, Heating, Electrical, Millwork, Flooring, Lead Based Paint Abatement & Painting.
