(1) Vendor needs to provide independent cost estimator services to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.– Project management and coordination.– Facilitate the preparation of Project costs and bids as well as the ability to develop and track scope, schedule, and budget as requested.– Project meetings.– Risk identification and mitigation related work.– Provide risk management support including risk identification, assessment, and cost quantification together with assignment of the probability of occurrence of each identified risk.– Provide input on equipment staging, equipment storage, detour routes, stormwater management, accelerated construction techniques, and materials that may be cost–effectively recycled during construction.– Collaborate with the developer and contractor to develop a framework for developing the estimate including work breakdown structure and cost elements such as labor, material, subcontracts, overhead, services, construction equipment, contingency, and fee.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 2,2026.
