The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA) is soliciting for Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified and experienced Grants Consultants to provide strategic guidance, technical support, grant writing, and project management services in support of the agency’s pursuit of transportation and transit-related funding opportunities for a term of one year. The purpose of this RFQ is to establish a Task Order Contract with a qualified consultant to assist the agency in developing competitive, compliant, and comprehensive grant applications for key federal, state, and regional funding programs.
