Phase I - Effingham Regional Water Supply Facilities

Effingham County Board of Commissioners is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for Project Title . Services include pre-construction planning, cost estimating, constructability review, GMP development, subcontractor bidding and management, and construction oversight. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the County’s eProcurement Portal by 'Proposal Submission Time (Eastern Time) on 'Proposal Submission Date . Only the names of submitting firms will be available until a contract is awarded. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive technicalities, and modify the project scope as needed. Detailed submission instructions are included in this RFP.
