(1) Vendor needs to provide collection services to the government authority located in Gallatin, TN.– Provide collection services for unpaid and delinquent accounts.– The primary type of accounts that shall be turned over for collections are school meal accounts that are significantly in arrears.• The contractor’s accounting control and records of reported collection services shall be used as the basis to verify charges payable to the contractor. • The contractor shall maintain complete and accurate records of collection service transactions in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and shall keep in a safe place all such financial records and statements pertaining to the collection agency services.
