CONS-22306 - USA (Orland Park, Illinois) - Landscape Architecture Services - Deadline August 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide landscape architecture services to the government authority located in Orland Park, IL.– Builders and developers are required to submit preliminary and final landscape plans for review by village staff for all non–residential and certain residential developments.– All installed landscaping shall be inspected for proper installation, expected growth, and compliance with the approved plan.– Detailed inspection letters and exhibits documenting all outstanding issues shall be provided to the village for distribution to applicable parties.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
