(1) Vendor needs to provide physical therapy services to the government authority located in Keyser, WV.– Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to determine student needs as part of the multidisciplinary evaluation team. – Utilize standardized and non–standardized assessment tools to gather data on mobility, balance, motor planning, posture, strength, and access to the educational environment. – Provide consultation and training to teachers, aides, and parents to ensure consistency of support across settings. – Work collaboratively with occupational therapists, special educators, school nurses, and other team members. – Serve as a resource on physical development, mobility, positioning, and adaptive equipment.
