Description
Capital Region Water (CRW) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for an Annual Service Contract from qualified contractors for the mobilization, personnel and demobilization to provide removal, legal transportation and disposal of approximately 50,000 gallons of sludge in the Backwash Holding Tank at the Water Services Center (WSC). CRW is a municipal authority organized under Pennsylvania's Municipality Authorities Act that owns, improves, maintains, operates and serves as the primary steward of the greater Harrisburg area’s water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure systems. CRW operates as a community-focused, fiscally responsible entity governed by a Board of Directors.
