(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager and general contractor services to the government authority located in Denver, CO.• Implement an effective plan and execution approach to complete the project improvementswithin the Fixed Limit of Construction Cost.– Minimize Project delivery time.– Identify an optimal phasing and sequencing plan. Phasing and packaging will need to considerthe construction windows available to construct the work.– Facilitate and foster collaboration, communication, and partnership with all members of theproject team and stakeholders.– Compliance with the Historical context and requirements of the project site and facility.– Effectively manage messaging to the public and stakeholders, and the resolution of complaints,specifically, relevant to the project.– Ensure worker and public safety. (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 9, 2026.
