(1) Vendor needs to provide right–of–way negotiator services to the government authority located in Montgomery, PA.1. Negotiation:– Negotiation and management of right–of–way claims for construction projects involving one or more parcels, in accordance with the right–of–way manual, the uniform act, and “good faith negotiation“ procedures, regardless of funding source. 2. Title and settlement searches:– Title services, including insurance, will be handled on a fixed fee per parcel basis (as a nonprofessional service) by local title companies. Consultant is required to secure a title company for the authority’s use. 3. Appraisal planning services:– The consultant will not be tasked with conducting or subcontracting appraisal services unless specifically requested to do so. (2) All question must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
