(1) Vendor needs to provide zoning ordinance rewrite service to the government authority located in Winnetka, IL. – A comprehensive rewrite of the village’s zoning ordinance and related development regulations, resulting in a modern, user–friendly zoning code that is consistent with the village’s adopted plans, responsive to community needs, and aligned with current best practices in land use regulation.(2) RFP/RFI/Bid document has not been included.
