(1) Vendor needs to provide healthcare recruitment services to the government authority located in Nespelem, WA.• Source candidates locally, regionally and nationally.• Conduct candidate outreach.• Screen candidates against minimum and preferred qualifications.• Confirm candidate interest and availability before submission.• Provide resumes and relevant candidate information.• Communicate compensation expectations and other material candidate requirements.• Assist with offer coordination when requested.• Contractors may be assigned positions including, but not limited to:– Physicians.– Nurse practitioners.– Physician assistants.– Medical directors.– Dentists.– Dental hygienists.– Dental assistants.– Psychologist.– Mental health therapists.– Pharmacists.– Pharmacy technicians.– Medical lab technicians and supervisors.– Radiology technicians.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 18, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for two years.
