MRB-57680 - USA (California) - Domestic Worker Outreach Services - Deadline October 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide domestic worker outreach services.– Provide outreach to domestic workers and employers to ensure they understand their rights, responsibilities, and options for addressing potential violations.– The contractor will conduct targeted field outreach, provide worker consultations and referrals, create culturally relevant educational materials, and deliver paid sick leave trainings.– Design and produce a comprehensive outreach toolkit featuring visually engaging, culturally attuned materials to effectively reach both domestic workers and employers.– Outreach activities will take place in locations that maximize contact with domestic workers and employers, including, but not limited to:– City parks and playgrounds on weekdays to reach childcare workers. – City parks and playgrounds on weekends to reach employers. – National consulates. – Churches and other community institutions serving populations disproportionately represented in domestic work. (2) The contract period will be for two years.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 05, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 14, 2026.
