(1) Vendor needs to provide creative services. – Provide available background information, existing marketing materials, brand guidelines, logos, and other relevant resources necessary to complete the work. – To provide on–call, as–needed support that supplements the city's old town Marketing program.• Graphic Design – Design multi–channel promotional materials, including digital, print, and out–of–home formats. – Produce print and digital brochures, flyers, signage, maps and related collateral. – Develop layouts and assets consistent with established City and Old Town brand standards. – Provide editable source files upon project completion. • Audio–Visual Production – Provide professional photography and/or videography. – Handle all aspects of video and audio production, including scripting, shooting, editing, talent sourcing, and permitting, as needed. – Deliver final assets in formats suitable for digital, broadcast, social, and event use. • Digital Media Placement – Purchase and place digital advertising in accordance with City–approved media plans. – Verify placement and provide proof of performance for all digital advertising.
