(1) Vendor needs to provide adolescent substance use residential program service to the government authority located in San Diego, ca. – Provide administrative and direct program services to county’s medi–cal clients.– Provide 24–hour non–medical residential Substance Use (SU) treatment, withdrawal management, recovery, and ancillary services for adolescents aged 12–17, with substance use conditions.– Including co–occurring mental health conditions.– Services shall include behavioral health care that is client and family–centered, individualized, clinically effective, outcomes–driven, culturally responsive services, gender specific, trauma informed, developmentally appropriate, inclusive of evidence–based treatment practices and recovery service approaches.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 5, 2026.
