The Berkshire Regional Group Purchasing Program (BRGPP), acting on behalf of its participating members, invites bids for joint cooperative purchases for Period of Contract for the following highway supplies and services for FY25: FY25-01 Aggregates & Loam; FY25-02 Cold Patch; FY25-03 Calcium & Magnesium Chloride; FY25-04 Culvert Products; FY25-05 Guardrail Delivered; FY25-06 Guardrail Installed; FY25-07 Line Painting; FY25-08 & 8A Crack Sealing/Fog Sealing; FY25-09 Stone Sealing; FY25-10 Hot Mix Asphalt; FY25-10A Paving; FY25-11 Winter Rock Salt; FY25-12 Winter Sand; FY25-13 Pre-Treat Liquid and Treated Winter Salt; FY25-14 Gasoline; FY25-15 Diesel Fuel; FY25-16 Heating Oil; FY25-17 Liquid Propane; FY25-18 Catch Basin Cleaning & Line Jetting; FY25-19 Tree Work. Bid packages are available starting Project Release Date at BRGPP's OpenGov online procurement portal found at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/berkshire-planning . Bids must be submitted through the online procurement portal no later than Response Submission Date at Response Submission Time . Bids will then be opened publicly and read aloud. All bids for services are subject to the prevailing wage rates as per Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27F inclusive and Chapter 30, Section 39M, and a 5% bid deposit is required, in the form of a bid bond or certified check, unless specified in the bid package. All bidders must be pre-qualified by MassDOT for the following approved classes of work: FY25-06 Guard Rail Installed with an estimated value of $286,965.00 FY25-07 Line Painting with an estimated value of $637,015.50 FY25-08 Crack Sealing with an estimated value of $1,318,500.00 FY25-08A Pavement Surfacing with an estimated value of $368,900.00 FY25-09 Pavement Surfacing with an estimated value of $467,563.50 FY25-10A Pavement Surfacing with an estimated value for the following county subsections: North: $316,100.00 Central: $331,670.00 South: $1,895,200.00 FY25-18 Catch Basin Cleaning & Line Jetting with an estimated value of $83,400.00 FY25-19 Tree Work with an estimated value of $207,200.00 As the awarding authority, BRGPP and its participants reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in total or in part, and to take whatever action is deemed most favorable to the best interest of all the participants.
