(1) Vendor needs to provide employee benefits consulting and administrative services to the government authority located in FL. – Employee benefits consulting and administrative services firms to provide comprehensive benefits consulting, financial analysis, vendor management, compliance support, and related employee benefits services.– The benefits program includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, flexible spending accounts (FSA), health savings accounts (HSA), and supplemental insurance coverage.– Provider should possess expertise in fully insured benefit programs, alternative funding strategies including level–funded arrangements, healthcare cost containment, vendor negotiations, compliance support, employee communications, and strategic benefits planning.– Provider must also demonstrate a strong understanding of Workday benefits administration processes, eligibility management, payroll deduction coordination, carrier integration support, and operational collaboration within a Workday environment.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 7, 2026.(3) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 3, 2026.
