EXTRA-77012 - USA (Houston, Texas) - Electric Vehicle Consulting and Charging Infrastructure Installation Services - Deadline October 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide electric vehicle consulting and charging infrastructure installation services to the government authority located in Houston, TX. – Electric vehicle readiness assessment and strategic consulting:– Transit vehicle fleet composition, usage patterns, routes, and daily mileage data attributable to the designated facility location to determine site–specific charging demand requirements.– The firm shall review current and anticipated future fleet electrification plans to ensure theproposed infrastructure at the designated location is scalable and technology flexible.– Charging infrastructure planning and system design:– Based on the findings from the readiness assessment conducted at the designated facility, the firm shall develop a comprehensive charging infrastructure plan that addresses current transit operational needs at that location and accommodates anticipated fleet growth.– Installation management and oversight:– Provide installation management and construction oversight services for all charging infrastructure installations at the designated transit facility.– Charge management system and software integration:– Implementing a charge management system capable of managing, monitoring, and optimizing the performance of all installed charging infrastructure at the designated facility location.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 1, 2026.
