(1) Vendor needs to provide athletics special events services.– Provide services associated with athletics special events– Provision of services associated with soliciting, securing, booking, planning, coordination, and/or procuring concerts, festivals and/or live entertainment and special events– Work on behalf and in partnership with agency Athletics Special Events to solicit, procure, negotiate and/or oversee the booking and management of a third–party promoted concert/event on a mutually agreeable date.– Securing artists, performers, production resources, and other event–related services(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.
