(1) Vendor needs to provide automated external defibrillators program management and maintenance solution.– Provide an Information Technology (IT) solution (web–based repository, i.e., database) to facilitate data collection and data management of Automated External Defibrillator (AED) units located in County facilities and County vehicles– Provide maintenance and incident maintenance services to AED units located in County sites.– Assign user IDs and passwords to designated AED Site Coordinators within two (2) business days of the initial request.– Record new or additional County sites and AED units in the database within two (2) business days of the initial request.– Provide 24–hour AED unit emergency contact services for situations of concern (e.g., AED unit activation, deployment, or equipment malfunction).– The Contractor shall not be considered in breach of this Agreement, nor face penalties, if they fail to meet time‑sensitive AED requirements, such as arriving within 12 hours for an AED deployment or submitting data within 48 hours, when the delay is caused by circumstances outside of the Contractor’s reasonable control.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.
