(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive dining management service to the government authority located in Columbia, MO.– Deliver a high–quality, hospitality–focused dining program that supports student success and enhances the campus community.– The dining program includes residential and retail dining, convenience stores and markets, catering, concessions, conference and camp dining, and other hospitality services serving students, faculty, staff, alumni, and visitors.– Residential dining, including Thomas Jefferson Dining Hall.– Retail dining venues, cafes, coffee shops, markets, and branded or proprietary concepts.– Convenience stores, autonomous retail operations, and grocery–style markets.– Catering and hospitality services.– Summer camps, conferences, orientations, and special events.– Athletic, theatre, and event concessions.– Food access solutions, including hot food vending and emerging service models.– Meal plan administration, dining dollar programs, marketing, and customer engagement.– Technology supporting dining operations, ordering, payment processing, reporting, inventory management, and customer communications.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 03, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
