(1) Vendor needs to provide dam decommissioning project engineering and design services to the government authority located in Marion, NC. – Work may include project management, grant administration, geomatics – survey and data collection of existing conditions, hydrologic and hydraulic design, geotechnical and structural investigations, testing and analysis, preparation of construction drawings and technical specifications, permits and approvals, construction bidding services, construction engineering – administration and observation, and record drawings and project closeout for the dam to be decommissioned. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
