STAFF-16268 - USA (Hampton, Virginia) - RFI for Command and Control, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Staff Support Services - Deadline July 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide command and control, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance staff support services to the government authority located in Hampton, VA.– Manage assigned classified and unclassified e–mails/tasks and Task Management Tool (TMT) tasks and ensure all responses are properly staffed and formatted before being released.– Assist with development, coordination, planning, and execution of special projects, conferences, symposiums, events and working groups to include but not limited to staff briefing preparation and logistics (billeting, protocol liaison, facilities liaison, etc.). – Advise senior leadership on invitee lists, seating arrangements and event schedules. – Create, maintain, and update SharePoint and/or Microsoft Teams sites to serve as a consolidated repository for all required task requirements, content, materials, and documentation. – Actively participate in strategic planning to improve organizational direction and focus using strategic planning tools and techniques. – Advise leadership and recommend options to manage and improve processes, procedures, and doctrine; manning levels; efficiency and effectiveness; equipment capabilities; training requirements. – Provide conference and event planning support for various functions within division to include the entire spectrum of event planning and conference management, as well as a customized, targeted approach ensuring each conference or event is successful.
