STAFF-16406 - USA (Kettering, Ohio) - Rehabilitation Specialist Services - Deadline July 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide rehabilitation specialist services to the government authority located in Kettering, OH. – Provide rehabilitation specialists to assist in the implementation of various federal grants that will include certain necessary technical advice and assistance to ensure successful implementation.– Establish and maintain a program oversight effort to inspect the homes to be rehabbed before work is begun, during construction, and after construction is complete, but before payments have been approved.– Perform preliminary feasibility inspections of selected dwellings to establish rehabilitation viability.– Provide work specifications and cost analysis for all work to be done including those items identified in the lead risk assessment.– Review specifications with property owner and program staff.– Conduct pre–bid walk–through of the projects with property owner and selected contractors.– Conduct interim inspections to assure work is being properly undertaken and assist with any necessary day–to–day administration of the project.– Secure executed copies of the lien waiver and warranty from the contractor as well as the homeowner satisfaction statement and give to program staff for files.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026.
