(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary winter shelter service to the government authority located in Lexington, KY.         – Temporary structures and include an itemized budget with all anticipated costs as well as a comprehensive plan to provide access to meals, restrooms and showers, transportation, security, and supportive services.– The design, coordination, staffing, and operation of a temporary winter shelter.– Prioritize unaccompanied men and women, couples, persons with pets, and those otherwise unable to access traditional shelters.– Transportation services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.
