EXTRA-76172 - USA (Pueblo West, Colorado) - Multi Modal Consulting and Design Services - Deadline October 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide multi modal consulting and design services to the government authority located in Pueblo West, CO. – Prepare detailed construction plans, specifications, cost estimates, traffic impact studies, and general analysis for multi–modal projects throughout the agency. – Provide planning, preparation, and conduct of activities to provide high–quality plans, specifications, service and management for non–specific multi–modal projects that may include other trails, road improvements, round–a–bouts, and associated drainage projects. – Review of existing conditions and general information to familiarize project team with the total scope of work.– Development of general information prior to field work being conducted to assure general knowledge of possible concerns, roadblocks and submittal requirements.– Technical memorandum outlining the final project scope and deliverables.– Quality Assurance to ensure that the projects being submitted for staff and agency have been reviewed thoroughly to reduce time delays caused by extensive and unnecessary errors.• Site survey/geotechnical/analysis:– Confirm limits of work to be required for the project.– Coordination and timely production of a geotechnical study as required for the proper design of the project.– Coordination and timely production of site survey, horizontal controls, etc. as required for proper design and construction of the project.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
