DRA-11615 - USA (Barre, Vermont) - RFI for Network Short-Term Traffic Counts Services - Deadline October 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide network short–term traffic counts services to the government authority located in Barre, VT.• The counts must be at least 48 hours in duration, two consecutive full weekdays from midnight to midnight. For two–day counts, neither of the two days can be Monday or Friday.• The process of counting and classifying the short–term counts can be either manual or automated. • The data must be binned into 15–minute or 60–minute intervals.• For each location, the contractor must provide a count file in a format that can be uploaded into the Traffic Management Software (MS2).• For local roads, only volume is required. The split would be approximately 425 locations requiring classification and 375 requiring volume only. • The accuracy of the count should meet or exceed 95%/±5%(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
