There is an RFP document that provides greater detail on the scope of this project. It is important that service providers read the attached document to fully understand this project and prepare a more directed bid. All emailed questions should reference this Form 470 number in the subject line of the email. - 17 +/-Switches including all software, cables, connectors (17 +/-), modules (5 +/-), cords, mounting hardware and any other related items as described in the attached RFP. MIBS and BMIC dropdowns were listed above in case USAC deems any of the necessary software licenses to fit that category. ____________________________________________________________________ Site Visits A voluntary site visit will be held at McCormicks Creek Elementary School, 1601 W Flatwoods Road, Spencer, IN beginning at the main door at 10 AM Eastern, November 25, 2026. This will be the only opportunity to ask questions or to receive answers to questions related to this RFP. Respondents choosing not to attend in so doing acknowledge their understanding that they were offered and voluntarily declined the opportunity. Please indicate your intent to attend by emailing Norm Warner, Technology Coordinator at nwarner@socs.k12.in.us by November 24, 2026 at 2 PM Eastern. ____________________________________________________________________ Proposal Delivery The Applicant reserves the right to reject each and every bid, and to waive informalities, irregularities, and errors in the bidding to the extent permitted by law. This includes the right to extend the date and time for receipt of bids. In the event that a responsible bid is not received or if it is determined that the low bid received is too high, the bid received will be rejected and the project will be cancelled or re-bid. Sealed Bids should mailed to Norm Warner, Technology Coordinator, at the Central Office located at 205 E. Hillside Avenue, Spencer, Indiana 46460, by January 13, 2027, no later than 2:00 PM Eastern. All bids should be labeled E-Rate Bid for the Purchase and Installation of Switches. There will be a public bid opening on January 13, 2027 at 2 PM Eastern at the Central Office located at 205 E.
