Vendor needs to provide revaluation services to the government authority located in Glastonbury, CT.– Assist the town assessor in making the complete reappraisal and revaluation of all taxableand non–taxable real property within the corporate limits of the town.– Represents awarding a contract for just the commercial, industrial and special use component, 1,340 parcels.– Complete all appraisal calculations and maintain all computerized assessment records utilizing vision appraisal software.– Take digital images of 1,500 properties selected by the assessor.– Perform physical inspections.– Prepare and mail assessment notices of proposed new value.
