(1) Vendor needs to provide event production, lighting and technical services. – Provide campus–wide event production, lighting, staging, and technical services to support a variety of agency events and programs.Speaker systems must be in order of preference D&B, L–Acoustics, or Meyer, deployed with FIR and IIR filters to each individual cabinet in an array to achieve consistent performance across the listening area.• Input and output/bus counts must be adequate for the specifications below for each style of event.– Monitor System• Monitor speakers must have a 105° x 15° dispersion pattern.– Microphones and Stands• All microphones must be from the following brands exclusively: Shure or Earthworks. All microphones within a given role must be of the same brand and model.• Additional brands may be accepted on a per–event basis or per a specific rider.– The video package consists of LED walls for digital communication and iMAG purposes.– All cameras are to be of broadcast quality. Output resolution must be a minimum of 1080i at 60 frames per second.– Broadcast Communication System with IP Interfaces– Broadcast Switcher– Video Playback Machine– Keyed Title/Graphics Machine(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.
