(1) Vendor needs to provide management and full operations of cleaning and janitorial services to the government authority located in Pembroke, NC. – Empty trash containers, clean inside and outside. – Spray all fixtures and dispenser with disinfectant.– Vacuum carpet and walk– off mats.– Dust mop hard surface flooring.– Spot clean vertical and horizontal surfaces.– Clean glass.– Clean mirrors.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026. (3) Pre–proposal site visit will be held on September 24, 2026.
