(1) Vendor needs to provide disaster debris clearance and removal services to the government authority located in Clackamas, OR.• Removal of vegetative debris.• Haul–out of reduced vegetative debris.• Removal and disposal of soil, sand and mud.• Clearing and cleaning of storm drains.• Roadside ditch line cleanout.• Performing debris clearance.• Examining debris to determine whether or not debris is eligible.• Loading FEMA–eligible debris into appropriate trucks and trailers.• Hauling the debris to an approved recycling, reuse or disposal facility.• Reducing or recycling debris.• Disposing the debris at the landfill.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
