REMOVAL AND RE-INSTALLATION OF CONCRETE K-RAIL AND TL2 SLEDS

The City of Pasadena is seeking the services of a contractor to provide both recurring and on-call services to remove, relocate, and re-install concrete K-rails and TL2 Sleds that the City is using for on-street dining areas. As part of the services contract, the selected contractor shall remove and transport certain K-rail and TL2 Sleds located along the New Year's Rose Parade Route. The selected contractor will drop off the equipment at a determined City facility. After the Rose Parade, the contractor will re-install the K-rail and TL2 Sleds at the previous locations. In addition to the annual services around New Year's Day, the contractor will be on-call to relocate, remove, and/or install any K-rail and TL2 Sleds as needed. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all traffic control services or contracts with a traffic control company as required to perform any and all services rendered as part of this contract. The service contract will be for five (5) years.
