(1) Vendor needs to provide professional federal advocacy and grant development services to the government authority located in Covington, KY. – Provide consulting, advising, and collaboratively facilitating effective strategy development with and for municipal clientele with respect to federal advocacy and grant development activities.– Consultation with, advising, and facilitating the development of effective strategies on behalf of the city regarding.– Legislative priorities and strategies.– Federal appropriations interests and strategies.– Capital funding needs, priorities, and strategies.– Municipal government and service matters.– Advocacy of the city’s best interests with respect to federal legislation.– Professional, effective federal government relationship management services.– Develop and produce or otherwise furnish a reporting model, acceptable to the city, that monitors and tracks the services approved for engagement by the city.– Transportation and public infrastructure.– Community and economic development.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 1, 2026.
