(1) Vendor needs to provide sustainability support services to the government authority located in Pasadena, CA. • Program and project management, including schedule, cost, risk, quality control, and coordination with stakeholders, utility partners, and third–party entities.• Stakeholder, utility, and agency coordination, including ongoing coordination with and applicable authorities having jurisdiction.• Site assessments, due diligence, and feasibility analysis, including evaluation of existing conditions, electrical capacity.• Permitting, Reviews, and approvals, including preparation and submittal of documents and obtaining approvals from the division of the state architect and other applicable agencies.• Procurement and Supply Chain Management, including acquisition of equipment, materials, and long lead items(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026
