(1) Vendor needs to provide benefit consulting and actuarial services to the government authority located in Fort Lauderdale, FL.• Support the City in strategic planning for employee benefits by reviewing current plans, suggesting improvements to design, costs, communications, and service quality for employees and retirees.• Conduct and update trend analysis, benchmarking, and municipal benefit comparisons to assess competitiveness of the city's benefit plans as needed.  • Employee benefit services, including evaluating bids and developing technical sections for self–funded health plans.  • Assist the City in the development, implementation and ongoing management of a comprehensive benefits communication strategy and program that will actively involve and help employees better understand and make the best use of their benefits while encouraging the practice of healthy lifestyles.• Support the City in the management of an effective and measurable wellness program that will reduce health and welfare costs.   • Maintain full and accurate records with respect to all matters and services provided on behalf of the City’s benefit plans and programs.  • Offer daily consultation via phone or email, attend City meetings when required, provide evaluations, financial reports, plan design models, cost analyses, and support recommendations for managing health and welfare programs.  • Contribute to the ongoing creation of employee communication materials, both technically and creatively.  (2) All questions must be submitted no later than Aug 19, 2026.
