Rebid UT System- Digital Signage

The University of Tennessee seeks an enterprise digital signage platform and associated services to support cohesive, branded, and accessible visual communications across campuses and affiliated sites. Digital signage, for the purposes of this solicitation, encompasses centrally managed software, media players, and display endpoints used to present dynamic content such as announcements, emergency alerts, wayfinding, event information, and other institutional messaging in public and semi-public spaces. The selected platform will serve as a standardized, scalable solution that may be adopted by multiple colleges, departments, or adjacent institutions within the University of Tennessee system.
