(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Champaign, IL.– Empty trash and recycling, replace liners– Vacuum all carpeted floors – Arrange chairs neatly around desks and tables – Dust base, sills, chairs, etc. – Dust frames, cabinets, ledges, etc.– Detail vacuum edges and corners– Clean glass in display case and box office windows – Empty trash and recycling, replace liners – Dust base, sills, chairs, cabinets – Dust frames, banisters, ledges, etc. – Polish banisters– Detail vacuum edges and corners(2) The contract period will be for one year.
