General work description: The work in general consists of replacing the existing Rice's Crossing Bridge (Bridge No. 16C0087) over Oregon House Creek with a new bridge (Bridge No. 16C0114) at a higher elevation raising the existing road to provide more clearance for Oregon House Creek, placing aggregate base, placing hot mix asphalt, installing Midwest Guardrail System, re-grading the creek channel, placing rock slope protection and new pavement delineation. Other such items or details not mentioned above that are required by the standard specifications or these special provisions shall be performed, placed, constructed or installed.
