Building Renovations - Prospect House

The City of Bridgeport seeks bids for work to be completed at the Prospect House located at 392 Prospect Street. The renovation site is a four-floor building. The Prospect Shelter occupies floors one and two and New Prospects is on floor three and four. Each floor will have renovations done to upgrade them to improve safety, energy efficiency, and the general environment including. A detailed scope of work can be found attached, titled Attachment E.
