TRANSPORT-11563 - USA (Meridian, Idaho) - Acquisition of Beyond Access Services - Deadline July 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide acquisition of beyond access services to the government authority located in Meridian, ID. – Provide transportation for older adults and persons with disabilities.– There may be multiple providers, all of which will work within one database, with Scheduling service and dispatch service operated.– Provide all customer service, dispatching, scheduling, and administrative support for daily operations for beyond access service.– Customer service support includes requests for beyond access information, new– Rider applications, and general public transit information calls.– Offeror will direct all calls for service complaints, commendations and recommendations to customer service.– Service hours do not include pre–trip, post–trip, or travel time for first and last pick Up.(2) The contract period will be for three years.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
