(1) Vendor needs to provide cultural resources and tribal ethnography studies services to the government authority located in Oakland, CA.A. Cultural Resources Study1. Records Search & Literature Review for Archaeological Inventorya. Conduct archival research at state and local repositoriesb. Review previous surveys, site records, and historic mapsc. Compile environmental and ethnographic context 2. Field Inventory & Survey of APEa. Perform pedestrian surveys, subsurface testing, or remote sensing (as needed)b. Record archaeological sites, isolates, and historic resourcesc. Document built environment resources (e.g., dams, powerhouses, transmission lines, roads, hunting preserve)d. Use GPS/GIS for spatial documentation3. Resource Evaluation– Evaluate identified resources for eligibility for the National Register of Historic PlacesB. Tribal Ethnography Resources Study1.
