Vendor needs to provide commercial real estate brokerage services to the government authority located in Texas.– Represent agency as Landlord's Broker in marketing, locating, identifying, and securing qualified tenants for available commercial space within agency main office building and other agency –owned or controlled properties– Conduct market research and analysis to identify prospective tenants and assess market demand for the available commercial space, including office, retail, warehouse, industrial, and other appropriate commercial uses.– Develop and implement marketing strategies for available agency commercial space, including preparing property marketing materials, identifying prospective tenants, conducting outreach, and utilizing appropriate commercial real estate marketing platforms and networks.– Identify, solicit, and qualify prospective tenants, including evaluating prospective tenants' business operations, space requirements, financial qualifications, intended use of the premises, and other criteria established by agency.– Prepare market analyses and leasing recommendations comparing rental rates, operating expenses, tenant improvement allowances, concessions, lease terms, comparable properties, and other relevant market conditions.
