(1) Vendor needs to provide on–call planner professional services to the government authority located in Brooksville, FL. – Provide on–call planning services for all types of projects requesting entitlements, including new residential, commercial and industrial buildings and uses. • When required, be present at the agency and hold regular office hours as agreed upon by staff and consultant and could include planner on–call interface with the public.• Develops and maintains good working relationships with other city departments, other jurisdictions and the public.• Analyze projects for compliance with the agency’s comprehensive plan, development code, various engineering criteria manuals and policies and applicable specific plans and other policies.• Potential facilitation of long–range projects and policy updates as project manager orsupport.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) An optional pre–bid meeting will be held on October 14, 2026.
