Supple Science Roof Replacement-2027

· Re-roofing of an existing science building. This project will consist of two phases. Phase I will be the completion of the main roof replacement, which directly impacts the building’s laboratory ventilation system. Contractor acknowledges that Texas State University laboratory classes will resume immediately following the winter break. Uninterrupted operation of the laboratory ventilation system is a strict requirement for student occupancy, academic instruction, and safety compliance. Phase II will consist of adjacent roofs which do not have a ventilation system. A Critical Path Method Schedule must be submitted detailing ventilation system coordination, weather contingencies, material procurement lead times, as well as clearly identifying all milestones that must be met in Phase I demonstrating how the winter break deadline will be successfully achieved.
