(1) Vendor needs to provide independent assessment services including customer security controls framework to the government authority located in Tigard, OR.• Governance and security management controls • Logical access and authentication controls for Treasury managed systems • Network and perimeter security controls within Treasury’s operational environment • Incident response controls • Vendor and third–party oversight related to usage • Any Treasury managed infrastructure, applications, or processes that directly support connectivity or message initiation/receipt(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
