The InterMountain Education Service District ("District") seeks proposals for E-Rate eligible Wide Area Network (WAN) Transport Services. The requested services will provide reliable, scalable, and high-capacity connectivity between District facilities to support educational programs, business operations, and public safety communications. Interested service providers should review the associated RFP documents for detailed service requirements, proposal submission instructions, evaluation criteria, and procurement conditions. All proposals must be submitted in accordance with the requirements set forth in the RFP documents. PROPOSAL DUE DATE: November 3, 2026 at 4:00 pm PST All proposals considered must follow State Procurement Laws Proposals will NOT be accepted by email. Use only the method listed in the RFP document to submit. The applicant is not responsible for any proposals not delivered using the acceptable method. Service Providers must be and remain in compliance of requirements issued by the SLD throughout the contractual period. Service Providers are responsible for providing a valid SPIN (Service Provider Identification Number) The proposal should not include marketing or advertising material or other materials not essential to the utility and clarity of the proposal and should be straightforward and address the request. Proposals containing excessive marketing or mass email will be deemed as non-responsive. The Applicant reserves the right to extend the proposal due date with appropriate vendor notification.
