(1) Vendor needs to provide construction services to the government authority located in Dalton, MA.– Project will consist of all labor and materials to demolish and remove the existing ramp, do grading and levelling as needed, construction of disability accessible compliant ramp with landings, installation of disability compliant handrails at the entrance steps, replacement of three motion sensor light fixtures, and gutter installation.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 15, 2026.
